Description
A 2.03 carat cushion lab-grown diamond, graded E colour and VVS2 clarity by GIA. Offered loose, with its GIA grading report, to be set in a ring or piece of your choosing. It measures 9.22 × 6.52 × 4.55 mm, a length-to-width ratio of 1.41.
Lab-grown
This diamond was grown in a laboratory using the HPHT process. It is chemically, physically and optically the same as a mined diamond, and is graded on the same scales.
Colour and clarity
A E colour grade sits in the colourless range (D–F), the top of the scale. It faces up icy white in platinum, white gold or yellow gold. Graded VVS2 (Very, Very Slightly Included): any inclusions are minute and difficult for a trained grader to find, even under 10× magnification.
Cut and finish
Fancy shapes such as this one don't usually receive an overall cut grade, so they are judged on polish, symmetry, proportions and how they look in person.
It shows no fluorescence.
Certification
