Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Delivery

• Free standard delivery on all orders of £150 or more
• £9.95 flat-rate delivery on orders under £150

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days from dispatch via a tracked service.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces Bespoke commissions and made-to-order jewellery require additional lead time. Current production times are typically 3–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece. You will be kept informed throughout the process, and dispatch and delivery timescales will be confirmed at the time of order.
