How it works (short version)
How it works (short version)
Book an appointment. Most rings can be sized in under an hour, but this isn't guaranteed. We inspect the ring. Make sure it's suitable for resizing and make you aware of any issues. We measure your ring and your finger. Choose a new size then size the ring. When the sizing has been done, you can try to check it's correct. Adjustments can still be made at this point. When we’re sure it fits we’ll clean, polish re re-finish or plate as required, then fill out your service record.

Resized while you wait
If you book in advance then we should be able to re-size your ring for you while you wait. During your appointment we will measure your fingers and finalise the price before we begin. Prices for while you wait ring re-sizing start from £89 but if your ring is going up in size or needs to be rhodium plated there may be extra charges.

Most appointments for resizing 1 ring last from between 45-60 minutes. If you have two rings to resize please click here to book a 'resize 2 rings while you wait appointment'
All resizing's come with our ring resizing record and our work is guaranteed and we are fully insured.
If your ring has a gemstone set on the inside of the band we cannot guarantee it during or after resizing. If your ring has more than one gemstone set on the inside of the ring wed cannot resize it. In general we advise against having gemstone set on the inside of your ring.
Please note: To rhodium plate or gold plate a ring following sizing is an additional £25.
