We’re delighted to welcome you to our new, fully equipped jewellery workshop in Stratford, where we can carry out while you wait services by appointment.
Our workshop is home to three goldsmiths and we are open from 10:30AM to 8PM, Monday to Saturday when you are welcome to pay us a visit to discuss any jewellery matters you have.
We recommend that you make an appointment so we can make sure we are available when you arrive.

We are based in Stratford, East London and there is ample free on street parking on the street where our workshop is located except from between 10 and 12 AM. The closest train station is Stratford High Street and the DLR and we are 3 minutes walk away from Stratford station which is served by the Jubilee, Central and Elizabeth line as well as London overground and national rail services.
Jewellery repairs in Stratford
Ring Resizing
Resizing a ring is one of the most common jewellery repairs and we are able to size almost all types of rings, including rings with gemstones, such as diamonds, either up or down.
Prices start from £89 for the while you wait service. Most rings going up in size will need to have metal added to them and will be priced on a case-by-case basis, depending on the size of the ring, how many sizes it needs to go up and the metal that it is made of. Plain rings with parallel sides (most wedding rings) may be able to be stretched up a limited number of sizes.
We will do our best to do your sizing straight away and most will be ready on the same day. However, in some cases, repairs will take longer, especially if stones need to be ordered or there are more intricate repairs to perform.
When you bring your ring to us, we will measure your finger to check the size and, if you are leaving the item with us, then we will provide you with a receipt.
Please note: Any items of jewellery that do not have a hallmark that conforms with the 1973 Hallmarking Act will be subject to testing before any work will be carried out, at a cost of £10.
