1. Bespoke Jewellery Orders: Cut-off Saturday 28th November
Custom-designed jewellery takes time, craftsmanship, and attention to detail—from initial design consultations and selecting gemstones to hand-finishing the final piece. To guarantee that your bespoke creations are completed and ready for Christmas, the final deadline for bespoke orders is Saturday 28th November.

2. Wedding Ring Workshops: Last Weekend Saturday 5th December
For couples planning to make their own wedding bands in our studio, our hands-on workshops are a memorable experience to share before the holiday rush. The final weekend to participate in a Wedding Ring Workshop before Christmas is Saturday 5th December.
Spaces for these sessions fill up quickly during the winter months, so please reach out early to secure your spot at the bench.

3. Online Web Orders: Cut-off Saturday 12th December
Browsing for ready-to-wear pieces, gifts, or accessories from home? The deadline for Christmas web orders is Saturday 12th December. Ordering by this date ensures we have adequate time to carefully package and dispatch your items for guaranteed delivery before the holiday weekend.
4. Visiting the Workshop: Open Until Tuesday 22nd December
If you prefer to see our collection in person, try on pieces, or pick up finished orders, our workshop will remain open for appointments and product viewings up until Tuesday 22nd December. Whether you need advice on sizing or last-minute gift suggestions, we look forward to welcoming you into the studio.

5. Holiday Closing Dates
To give our team a well-earned rest and time with family, our workshop and studio will be closed from Tuesday 22nd December through to Monday 11th January.
During this break, our online shop will remain open for browsing, but please note that any orders placed or enquiries sent during this period will be processed when we return on 11th January.
