Our workshop is on the second floor of a large, industrial, some would say slightly derelict looking building that stretches the length of Burford Road. Our unit is not visible from the street and you will need to go into our building and either use the stairs or lift to get up to our workshop. If you have accessibility issues or are unsure or unable to find us we will come down and help you.

The entrance to our building is about halfway down Burford Road and if you are coming from Stratford station is on the left-hand side. The building is undergoing upgrades and renovations and the front door is currently glass fronted but semi boarded up. The metal orange door with a round window, pictured to the right, is how you enter the building and is open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. To open this door simply push the door, immediately after the door are two steps. Once you are inside you need to turn left and then go up to the second floor, you can use the stairs or use the large goods lift. Once you reach the second floor, turn left and we are right at the end of the corridor, the last unit on the left.

Once you reach our unit please knock loudly. You are welcome to come straight up to our workshop or if you are struggling to find us you can call 07454765776 and we will come down to meet you.

Weekends

All entrances to the building are closed at the weekend so if you have a weekend appointment we will be downstairs to meet you and let you in. If we are not there please call 07454765776.

PARKING

If you are driving then there are plenty of options for parking.

Stratford Workshops Car Park

There is a small gated car park at the end of Burford Road, this used to be free to use for Stratford Workshops tenants and their guests however it is now charged at £12 a day (except for building management) and space is extremely limited, we recommend making other arrangements.

On Street Parking burford road

There is free on Street parking on both sides of Burford road, however this does come with conditions and vehicles found to be in breach of these will be fined!

Confusingly there are two separate sets of conditions on the road so please check the sign for the space you are parked in.

Again, after 9:30/10 it can be tricky getting a space however people do come and go so you might get lucky.

If all else fails, there is a large car park operated by just park less than 200m metres from the workshop. You can pre-book here.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Train and tube

The nearest train station is Stratford high street on the DRL. Stratford and Stratford's international stations are just 550 metres away, serviced by the central, Jubilee lines and now the Elizabeth line as well as overground rail services.
