Topaz, diamond and pearl necklace
A Jewellery design a day
Topaz, diamond and pearl necklace. Round chequered board cut blue topaz claw set in 18ct white gold with round brilliant cut claw set diamond accents in between white baroque pearls. This necklace is made to work like a collar and is designed to be worn together with the earrings also featuring topaz, diamonds and baroque pearls. The necklace is designed to be made entirely from 18ct white gold wire and was commissioned by a customer who wanted a necklace and earring set to match a ring that she already had.
We were quickly able produce a render of how we imagined the necklace and earrings would look using the same design elements as the original ring. The round shaped blue topaz with chequered board facets on both the top and bottom were sourced alongside the baroque pearls.
Gouache render, 1:1 scale.

‘A jewellery design a day’, is a challenge to add one new jewellery design a day to the blog. All designs are original ideas and are rendered using gouache water colours and a mixture of natural and synthetic fibre brushes. All design here can be commissioned to be made as items of fine jewellery.
